A Resistor is an electrical component that controls the flow of electricity in an electrical circuit. Or we can say in this way that the material or component That is used to block the flow of current in electronic equipment is called a Resistor. When current flows through a conductor, the barrier created by the material of that conductor is called resistance. As water and oil flow through the tube, some blockage occurs. Similarly, when the electric current flows through the conductive wire, the molecules of the conductive wire create a barrier in the way of the electric current flow. This resistance by the molecules of the conducting wire is called electrical resistance. Resistance is denoted by R. Its practical unit is ohms(Ω) . Its smallest units are milliohms (mΩ) and microohms (μΩ) and the largest units are kiloohms (KΩ) and megaohms (MΩ). Resistance can be measured with an Ohms meter.
If the potential difference between the two ends of a conducting wire is one volt, a current of one ampere flows through it, then the resistance of that conductor will be one ohm(Ω).
Resistor
Conductor or any substance having resistance, if that resistance acts as a barrier, it is called Resistance.

Variable Resistor
It is a resistor. The value of the register can be incremented and decremented as desired. A variable resistor that controls the current in a circuit without completely blocking it is called a variable Resistor.
A resistor is a component that resists the flow of electricity in a circuit. It is used to control the amount of current, voltage, or signal level in various applications. The unit of resistance is ohm (Ω). A resistance that can be changed is called a variable resistance. It is called a potentiometer, rheostat. It has three terminals, two terminals are fixed and the other is variable. The resistance of the two terminals is also fixed, the resistance can be changed with the other terminal. It works by electrical and mechanical combination. It is widely used in electronic circuits. Variable resistors are of different sizes and of different quality. Microcontrollers are used as analog signals.
Regulator
It is a device. With the help of this, the value of resistance can be controlled by controlling the current of the electrical device.
